This is one of those timeless classics. For some of the people who grew up rollerblading with me, you will have fond memories of this one. I was driving back home from the IT fair, along the Kallang area where there used to be this huge gas tank by the river, and through the car hi-fi, these achingly beautiful lyrics drifted out. "Lay a whisper on my pillow, leave the winter on the ground..." And my eyes glazed over, and I saw Rachel kneeling over the hi-fi at my place and slotting in the CD, Roxette's "Tourism", we were 12 or was it 13, she had a short bob of hair, but she was already lovely.

And we were a gang, 9-10 of us, round and round we would go, around the curving oval of blocks, and then Simian fell and cracked his teeth on the ground.
