7 to 7

I leave school past 7pm for the 3rd time this week. I feel drained. Some days I feel like it's worth it. On others, like today, I wonder how long we can keep this up? One of our roles as teachers is to encourage and motivate, but who's gonna cheer on the cheerleader?
